In 2010 Robyn and designer friend Mark Veljkovich co-founded I’ve Got Wood Furniture. IGW pioneered the use of beetle kill pine in their Denver community. This project received a grant from the city, as well as newspaper and magazine write-ups for bringing awareness to the creative community and general public about the hundreds of thousands of dead trees in the Rocky Mountain forests caused by the mountain pine beetle.
